Recent change in art quality

I'm on my phone writing this but, I just saw the new Riven and Yasuo splash arts and they are really good. The new Yi skin and Pulsefire Caitlyn were also high quality and, the Pulsefire Caitlyn skin really seems different from other skins in quality compared to like older ledgendary skins.

I've also noticed that a lot of the new skins have more serious art styles for serious themes rather than cartoony art styles for serious themes which I really like.
