if we dont get a teaser or trailer tomorrow or Monday then 
s chances of being released in 8.20 are slim
and riot releasing both the new champs this year is possible but unlikely unless they really want to squeeze in three releases in 5 patches but if that were the case then id expect the flower champ to be released in 8.22 and chained champ to come out in 8.24
Yeah, the chained champ is 99% a 2019 release. The way the roadmap had it looked more like
Nunu (here!) > Ezreal (VERY SOON) > Mage > Kayle/Morgana > Chained Champ.
