New J4 and Ivern skins on PBE

Rito, why would you put a dunkmaster skin on PBE simultaneously as a new Jarvin skin? AND YET THE DUNKMASTER SKIN ISNT FOR JARVIN???????

I don't play J4. Yet when J4 ults me, especially in solo Q where AD J4 abounds, when he ults you, HE FRIGGIN DUNKS YOU. J4 is unstoppable during his ult animation. You cannot stop the dunk. He is one of the best candidates for this skin after Darius.

And yet you give it to Ivern. Who has 0 dunk mechanics on his kit. Where is Ivern dunking you? He only has one other skin, and yet you give him dunkmaster?? You could of at least given him Omega Squad Ivern as his second skin because of the previlence of Viet Cong attack speed Ivern.

IDK Rito, you choices of skins lately have been questionable at best but this is just too far
