Honestly, the only bad guy is the dude that tried to arrest Morgana for having sympathy on the repentant people that wanted to reform. Kayle didn't know he was doing it but Morg assumed she did and when Kayle found that Morg had killed him, she didn't realize the reason why so both of them are seeing a side of the story that didn't happen and had a massive falling out over that.
Morg = focus on human and humanity, accepting of the peoples' burden and hardships (and staying justice where there is repentance)
Kayle = focus on celestial and holding the higher standard for the good of all even if it means difficult decisions
Neither are good, neither are bad. You could kinda look at it from a Star Wars perspective with Kayle being light side and Morg being dark side -- both have their problems but both have their benefits and only together are they balanced and correct (gray).
Like in the old lore of both of them Kayle was a "tyrant" and Morgana was the one that want stop her so yeah Morgi is good^^
The old lore was pretty ambigious on who is really the good or the bad one, with Morganas lore saying that Kayle was a tyrant and Kayles lore saying that Morgana was evil.
In this version Kayle is an extremist who in an outburst of rage was about to destroy a city, but was then stopped by Morgana and her fathers death. However it also makes it clear that Kayle regretted her own actions and went off to Mount Targon to purge herself from her emotions, so that this doesn't happen again, so it really remains to be seen if Kayle is still that harsh as she was before.
Also, I found what Kayle could possibly be based on. :D At least, her passive reminds me of Archon Thanatos.
