Music for the Client before a Game

So I was listening to some music made by riot for some of the champion releases that have come out. I was thinking, but would it be at all possible to add some music to the client before you head into champion select. The music could be an instrumental peace that relates to your most played champion, and or the region that the champion is related to. I was just wondering if that is at all being considered or not. I think it would be a nifty idea.
