Hextech Crystals are Skarner 's people
I was wondering if anyone else noticed that the new Piltover lore pays a lot of attention to these power crystals. What if this links into the introduction of skarner 's people as the source of these crystals?

Yeah it was noticed and I wanna rip out Camille's heart and burn Piltover to the ground for it.
NO MERCY.
It is already known. Camille's bio mentions that her family got rich off of the crystal scorpion's namestones (hextech crystals).
"Camille's family gained most of its wealth through a rare crystal harvested from a creature native to the sands of a distant valley."
Breaking news!
A giant ass scorpion is destroying all of piltover, saying something about giving his people back their crystals.
All attempts to stop the beast ended up with people getting impaled.
Officer Caitlyn is now on the scene trying to stop the beast.
An ally has been slain
Oh, we aren't allowed to show that on tv.

An ally has been slain
OH MY GOD, GET ME OUT OF HERE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!
Reminds me of Eldar spirit stones.
Wait, I haven't really been paying attention to the new lore. Are these crystals Skarner's people or are they his people**'s**? Because the first option would be really dark, especially for Piltover.
So does this mean
is Neo? Is
his Morpheous then? Who is Agent Smith then? SO MANY QUESTIONS, TOO MANY RABBIT HOLES!!!![zombie-brand-mindblown]
I thought that only one or two of the crystals were Brackern, and the rest were synthetic crystals made based on studying the real deal?
I get the impression that Camille's ancestor wasn't aware the Brackern were sapient given their means of communication is so vastly different. Reading Skarner's flavor text gave me quite a starfish alien vibe. His thought process and state of existence are decidedly other. I'm wondering if, as his story arc progresses, we'll find him figuring out how to communicate in a means that humans can grasp so he can explain the situation to them.
That would make for an interesting story, wouldn't it?
Skarner manages to build a rapport with a human and they both travel to Piltover with Skarner posing as an exotic animal attraction. He sings to the one human who has learned to sing with him and he/she acts as a mouthpiece for them to tell the plight of his lost people.
