Can we PRETTY PLEASE get a Login Screen Changer in the client?

It's something people have wanted for a while now ever since the new client was added meaning we could no longer manually change the login screens.

I really miss the champion login screens for the likes of Vi and Jinx.

I agree, this would be amazing, if we could have a music changer in game too so we could have Login music playing in game would be badass too, so i don't have to listen to a boring ass track.
