@Riot High Noon Jhin's fourth bullet sound effect is way too low!

Hey, a while back I posted this which talked about why High Noon Jhin needs to have his fourth bullet shot sound up more. Now at this time, when I got no responses, I just believed it was my head thinking that the sound was too low. Turns out it wasn't, and someone agreed with me. So Riot, please fix Jhin's fourth shot on High Noon skin. It's volume seems very low compared to his classic skin. Not to mention, fourth shot on Jhin is very essential to his gameplay and kit. Please hot-fix it, Riot.
