Not gonna comment on the actual quality of the VO. But I will say the entire time he’s insulting Pantheon and Zoe I’m just thinking “Yeah, kick their ass you angry Austrian guy!”

Are there any plans to change Varus to Vaarus.... I completely think it could work while still leaving in Aatrox's voice lines. You could put in a response by Vaarus like "Can't keep up with the times, brother?!?!" or "Look again, old man!" It just makes sense to have Vaarus match the rest and it would provide some dialogue between the 2! 
It could be really funny and show the history with voice lines! 
This actually has to be the most disappointing rework riot has ever done. Though of course some people will eat this shit up because "lmao savage haha" what a waste of a good vo.

Sometimes he talks too much - explains himself too much. Love his interactions with Varus and Kayn, though.
Why does a warrior of an ancient god-warrior race have a Russian accent?
He seems to think Zoe was responsible for his capture. Not Zoe, maybe the Aspect? But the time doesn't fit. Zoe apparently went with the Aspect and left Runeterra a 'millennia' ago. Darkin War was meant to be after the fall of Shurima, which was a millennia ago. That means the Darkin War happened while Zoe wasn't around.
It seems being unintentionally hillarious is the Darkin race.
