Kled's ult sound a bit too.. present

I appreciate all the hard work Riot is doing on new champions and while this may seem like something really stupid to whine about, surely i cannot be alone..

I am at the point where I dread facing Kled not because he is "OP" or new or whatever, but simply because his ult sound is really, honestly, quite annoying. I don't even know what his ult cd is but that sound is so persistent and .. how shall I say, unique? that it feels the cooldown cannot be more than 40s. I'm ready to gouge some furry eyeballs out everytime it goes off.

You know how really annoying sounds or repetitive sounds can drive you crazy? That's Kled's ult at the moment. Compare: Rek'sai ult is a cool, short, telling sound. Kled is too long, too melodic, too loud, and too present.
