A rioter said that eve lays eggs on this topic earlier this year but as a joke
Evelyn is a demon,so she is a spirit and I actually doubt that spirits even reproduce sexually unless it is actually a cross between the spirits and mortals(and even then I think that most spirits would be incompatible with humans).
In general I think the only champs that might lay eggs are Rek'sai and Elise(though I think Elise would create these eggs in a magical way,not a biological one).
