Visual upgrades

Xin Zhao needs a visual upgrade. As well as other champs he art as well. I think that visually upgrading champs should not be the first priority but it definitely should have some weight and be up there they need to catch up with the game it's advancing so much while some just still.

Also, in my opinion, Nunu and Ryze are in mor eneed of FVU. However, as they say, they rather wait for opportunities than randomly pick one and do it, like for Fiora ( which was however a very light job ) or Gangplank.
