We need a thriller book about Zed and Shen chasing Jhin

After reading Zed's new bio, I keep thinking "What did Jhin ever do to disturb Zed, to the point where he rebelled and almost destroyed the kinkou order?"

And besides that, since we'd never get a story describing in detail the atrocities committed by jhin - and that's understandable - the whole investigation feels like book material.

I'd really love to read a book where we see both ninjas investigating the crime scenes, and having all their moral dilemmas. With thorough descriptions of the crimes committed by khada jhin. Like a fantasy version of Hannibal, or Seven.

Well in the german version of the universe site they once accidently posted the original version of jhins color story, which details how jhin murders a woman in the town.

One bullet turns her leg into solid gold for a brief second, one shot causes butterflies to burst out of the wound, the third shot whispers a melody and the last one essentially makes her body explode, while turning her face into poreclain.

And the worst part about this,is that the woman isn't even his target, she is the wife of his actual target,he just murdered her to traumatize the son of his target and the story ends with Jhin planning to turn the town red, while he points his rifle at the son.

Sure all of this happens after Jhin came out of jail, but from what was said it sounds like the magic effects of Jhins bullets are Jhins own magic,so he likely did similar things before his imprisonment, just with knives and swords.

I'm under the impression that Zed was absolutely disgusted with Jhin's killings and thus could not forgive Shen's Father for granting him mercy (or for his neutrality in the war).

From Jhin's story:

Shen remembered the first time he’d seen the body of someone killed by the infamous Khada Jhin. His skin prickled from the memory; his teeth clenched. Only his father had been strong enough to still believe a merciful justice could be served. Something in Shen had changed that day. Something in Zed had broken.

You and me both. I loved Perfume: Story of a Killer and even hannibal. Writing a book or even making a movie would leave me in a ....dreamy state
