Incomplete VFX for Jarvan

So, today I played a game as Jarvan with his SSG skin and I noticed that when he uses his Q on enemies, the new mini 'broken shield' that appears on his base skin (and on his others skins from Commando to Fnatic), doesn't appear. SSG and Dark Star skins still have the old effect when Jarvan uses his Q on enemies.

I would be happy if I still had that effect, looks 10x better imo
