@riot Will there ever be an option to turn off skin animations and set it to default on skins ?

To elaborate if this confuses anyone. Let's say someone likes some of the skin models but the animation effects ( as in the color schemes and some particles ) are not to their taste will it ever be possible to just set them to default. Example like Captain MF, which is just the model and a recall ( ofcourse that skin never had any extra skill particles but you get the point )

Before the brigade comes i'm just asking not demanding or anything.
