I really like what Riot has done to new Akali's face
She now has more visually distinct attributes. After Kai'sa the game really needed to avoid further same face-itis

She actually looks Ionian, both in her splash art and in-game.
I agree they did good with the face. I disagree that Kai’Sa and irelia have the same face
The new mouth cover looks weird though. Reminds me way too much of Pyke's bandana. I preferred the traditional mouth guard look.
Shame we will never get to see cept when she munching on Ramen. Wish they would add a toggle for her face mask

YES i love riot's art design team. I think they nailed the splash art for this rework.
I like her body build too. You can tell she's a very physical lady. It all adds to her character.
Rito ruined akali's hair, now she looks like an edgy anime protagonist in naruto rather than the calm and deadly assassin she used to be. Riot if you are seeing this I don't expect you to change normal akali's hair, but at least change her skin's hairstyles please?
I think it's hard to make human female faces so much different in stylized games. I mean, that's why makeup was adopted from women right?
I'm sure Riot has despised the Akali.
As in the case of Vals, I am saddened by Riot making ugly on her face to balance the whole.
In fact, the face of other ionia women is "beautiful".(Small nose, Round eyes and an oval face )
If Akali is not a motif of my country, I was satisfied with her face.

Surely, If she was a champion that motif his country.They would not to design ugly.
Perhaps Akali will not bet a popularity compared with other women of Ionia. "Has more visually distinct attributes.=Good thing" I think this sense of value is important, but I think it is irresponsible at the same time.
