I'd assume no one's talking about it because:
A. Not many people play Wukong, and I'm sure some of the people who do may like his other skins more. B. Those people who like the skin don't see anything wrong with it or at least don't care enough to post about it.
I am glad he's finally getting another skin tho.
I think it is a great skin. IIRC I saw one post, someone complaining it not being Wukonish enough, whatever that meant.
