A legendary blood moon skin could tell a lot about theme but no we need more 975 tier blood moon skins (cough Evelynn) cuz that's what it deserves.
Legendary just means more expensive nowadays. Not better

I think it's because it's a popular skin line, but not THAT popular.
Meaning Riot mightn't want to spend expenses on a skin that will only sell mediocrely.

Evelynn blood moon skin is a pure failure, never seen such a pathetic and lazy project, it could have been the legendary.
3 years without any skins, and she gets a random Blood Moon skin which is 975 RP, and the seriously most poorly made skin of all time, lazy work and lazy ideas, and they expect us to be okay with their decisions and pay for a skin that isn't worth the price ? it's basically juste a recolor.
Blood Moon Kayn would probably be Legendary since they'd have to do a Rhaast model too.
I'd love to see Blood Moon Karma or Blood Moon Quinn.
