It's the next ADC. been leaked since 3-4 patches apparently but Surrenderat20 just caught it this time.
She should be out in September I guess.
Untraditionnal ADC by the same designer of Vi, Jinx, Ekko, Jhin, Kayle rework, Gnar second half. So yeah, we can expect good stuff for ADC mech.
Just look at her right hand and her hair... Clearly Piltovian but something tells she's not on the good side (Is it C from Camille Lore ?)

I've seen this image before, I don't think it's the next adc.... 'm almost 100% certain I saw this same image last year.
