Ask any manga enthusiast and they'll tell you JJBA is a definite classic. But so far, I don't think League has any references of any kind to JJBA (unless I'm mistaken; let me know if I am).
Now, just as food for thought, do you think there should be a set of skins that basically scream JJBA? If so, what skins would you give to which Champions?
I'd definitely give at least one of the skins to Taric.
Even though I love the Jojo series,I wouldn't say that there should be a skin series based on the series,because so far Riot has never done a skin series based on a specific anime(heck it is extremely rare for them to make skins based on a specific character,I think grungy Nunu might be the only one and thats an extremely old skin).
Sure they made skin series based on anime(like star guardian and super galaxy),but those are based around anime genres,not on specific anime.
The only 2 (or 3) things that i think that a skin referencing that should have are: Poses and Muscles (and maybe Stands).
Poses are related to the animations of the champ and maybe the splash art... And the muscles are something directly related to the champion itself, not the skin. Considering that i cant see a whole skin line based on that... sure, maybe a recall animation or a dance, but nothing more than that.

I mean, look at the JoJos, they dont really share an strong thematic aside from the things that i said before (poses and muscles)... Its not like the magical girl genre that has a lot of things that define it regarless of the anime.
I mean, lets imagine that Riot releases a skin with... i dont know, taric having a similar hairsyle to Josuke... then it wouldnt be a reference to Jojo, but a reference to that weird Rockabilly style instead

Or if its a reference to Jotaro... then the skin like would be a reference to the school uniform of the japanese students(.... i think)
