Yup it truly could be but then again Riot has made many "mistakes" in their Art where something looks like one thing and that one thing wasn't intended.
That is interesting to say the least. We'll have to wait and see but I'm split on if LeBlanc could be a yordle after all these years. There's a ton of other interesting stuff in the trailer as well. For example, towards the start you can see old faction icons and the land itself migrate and turn into the factions we all know and love. Also towards the end, I'm wondering if the Void incursion Yuumi is visiting is the destruction of Neeko's island. I'll copy an image but it's not Icathia and she flipped right past Bilgewater, which means it is either Neeko's island that was destroyed or a new land mass we don't know about. That is an interesting observation - however, I doubt that her master is someone we know of, and I don't see LeBlanc being associated with Yuumi specifically. If I had to pick a light-hearted Champion that would be associated with LeBlanc, I think Neeko would fit better.
Still. Interesting to think about...
