Theory: Clownface girl on Billboards/Posters !!!( in the background there are posters of a Girl with a Clown face, does anyone have an idea who this clownface girl could be? It is a champion?)!!!

Theory: Does someone have a theory on who the person to the right of Zoe is? (I dunno, Jhin wears a mask? But he looks like an Android to me so maby Blitzcrank?)

Question: What city is this? Question: There is a lot of text, and I wonder if that's a real language and what it could mean.
