Morgana's foghorn?

Dear Riot,

Whoever decided to add the Titanic's drowning foghorn sound to Morg's black shield should be suspended without pay for a minimum of 2 weeks. It is the most god awful sound effect I have ever heard and makes no sense... it legit sounds like a foghorn. She isn't a pirate ... I am mad boo boo. Fix this please!
