Missing already bought medieval skin.

Hi there, I received two honor 5 tokens and unlocked medieval ww and twitch but now I can only see the twitch skin. I did see it on my collection under skins but when I queued for a game, it was not under ww. The game finished, and I went to collection and now I dont see ww medieval skin. Please help!
