Why did we get the stupid serpent icon instead of the BilgeWater Crest?

You have these beautiful region icons, this super cool map update, and all these super cool region icons. BUUTTTTT instead of getting this super awesome bilgewater crest we get a serpent crest...

Bro... That is the crest of Bilgewater for quite some time now. It was changed all the way back in the GP rework event. Can't even remember what it was before. Type Bilgewater crest in the icon tab in the shop and a similar icon will appear.
