I’ve played League for about a month or two now and I’ve noticed how clunky are gross some characters look compared to others. The Morgana/Kayle updates really opened my eyes in terms of visual updates and gameplay updates. Personally I feel Sona and LeBlanc could use a visual tweak or two, but who else does?

: Speaking as a Fiddlesticks Enthusiast. His kit is pretty old & Archaic, only ability that has seen any significant changes over the last 10 year's is his [Passive: Dread]. Also for a champion that's supposed to instill FEAR into his opponents, He's not scaring anyone with those animations (Just watch him hop around the map, you'll see what I mean...). His updated lore (which is now canon for the time being) depicts him as a Reanimated Cadaver that was strung up in a field like a scarecrow who now preys on unwary travelers. Just imagine all the possibilities they can pull out for him. I can definitely see him coming to odds with Champions who have dealt with Supernatural Entities like Vayne or Lucian, simply because he's a Vengeful Spirit that was wronged & wasn't laid to rest.
#Verdict: Full-Scale VGU (Complete Relaunch)
: After reading "Silence for the Damned", I'm honestly interested to see where these two guys go from here. There aren't many Shaman-themed Champions in League (Closest things we have are Karma & Illaoi) & Udyr could definitely fit the niche. Also being able to swap between different fighting styles at anytime depending on what you need is pretty neat (sorry Kayn, you & Rhaast can only do that once per game). I just wonder if they can somehow keep that kind of playstyle, but Modernize/improve on it.
#Verdict: VU/Small-scale VGU
: As for Volibear, he just sounds extremely intimidating & it just proves that Ornn wasn't joking around with the stuff he said about his brother. He COMMANDS your respect & if faced with him, I'd expect him to look the part. The Current Volibear doesn't convey this & he could honestly be way cooler than he already is. Aside from having his [Q: Rolling Thunder], they can probably make his gameplay COMMAND your respect as well.

: Ahh....The Aspect of War. Pantheon is currently 9 years old (February 2, 2010) & he's also using the same abilities since his launch. As one of the Aspects who fought against Aatrox, Pantheon has the opportunity to be one of the most badass champions in League. His current playstyle isn't exactly the healthiest, but I can see them giving him something similar to Warwick's Update.
#Verdict: Full-scale VGU (Modernization)
- Been waiting on an update for a while. likely a low level VGU so he can get his passive updated, some light changes to his kit here and there as well as update his skins. Not to mention with his ability effects being updated, it's really apparent that he REALLY some new mechanics cause his current kit doesn't accommodate visual effects interesting enough to be worth making skins for.
- idk about kit changes, don't really play him much but he could at LEAST use a VU.
- Same as Olaf. Can't say kit wise but Suction cup feet... 'nuff said.
Sona could at least use a new Q and either a new or updated E. Visual wise... I mean looking at her in the Ryze video I can already tell Riot has a newer look for her in mind.
- Really just want to see him go from looking like a tiny old man to a tiny old yordle with animal ears popping out the top of his flight cap.
I'd say Annie mainly because she was like the first VU, and could be brought up to date. There are others worse than her, but she feels like the same as Ezreal. She looks okay still but so much could still be done with her visually to match her cinematic, and maybe some kit changes because she barely sees the light of day in game now.

Other than the ones that Reav3 has pointed out are tier 1 runner ups for VGU's I'd say
Outdated model and just your standard viking when if giving a VU or VGU could alot better look at what type of character hes suppose to be, plus some of his skins are just recolors.
Just a dude on first when he could look alot more interesting and have a more unique look.

Nocturne really needs a new visual update, but he also needs an actual rework. His ultimate is the only part of him I would like Riot to keep if they reworked him, maybe the q too, but it's so basic and boring. His w is not that great too, since he's an assassin but he has a spell shield. Also, Riot should change his e, since it doesn't bring much to him in burst.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

these 2 champions mostly imo ... theres other champs but i feel like with an update the scary scarecrow could really be fearsome on the map ... he doesnt feel scary to play against
Zilean as well i feel could be pushed more into a time based champion ... dont get me wrong i like his kit but he doesnt feel like a time champion to me except for the ult .... the E just feels like a speed up and the bombs just feel like a standard bomb

Vu's are always welcome. Recent vgu's on the other hand are complete failures. Look at irelia, akali and aatrox. They are balancing nightmares. One has to wonder if kayle will follow her predecessors.

Honestly all the old Champs need VU's(ofc excluding the ones who are already updated lol)...They just look outdated as hell. Even the more popular champs (lux and ahri) need VU's its not that their current model is bad but its just outdated with the new champs and what not. Just polishing the game would be nice as a goal for 2019. I was hoping 2019 would be the focus for that, but alas we still have pizza feet champs, and mordekaiser still looks like a trash can.
Good lord please give a VU! She has so much potential for who she is...
Compared to the other female yordles, she (especially her default skin) looks like a small, chewed up blob of bubblegum. Hope she gets visually updated to be on par with how Tristana and Poppy look after they got their visuals updated.
Other than that, I wouldn't mind visual updates for 
to bring their models up to date to the current "standard".
