If so, I wonder if he'll finally have a special interaction with Zed. Something like ''They say time heals all wounds, but what you did to my father will never perish.'', or ''It's about time we - '' yadi yadi yada. Highly doubt that. With it being released along side two other Pulsefire skins and the quality at first look from the teaser it's 1350 at best. That still is a good deal though considering how long it's been since he's gotten a skin.
Who knows. Like as it has been stated, being released alongside other skins as a lineup tends to hint at the idea of them being merely 1350 skins at best. If it were to be legendary, they'd need to find the original voice actor (if possible) to add new lines. Then maybe we'll see an interaction between him and Zed, and more prominently PROJECT: Zed, as Pulsefire Caitlyn also has lines that interact with Program and PROJECT: skins. Otherwise, we might see the same thing that happened to PROJECT: Vayne, who I believe had a different voice actress to provide the skins voice lines.
