[Theory] Watchers and Aspects

There is a small summary at the end, for those that don't want to read all of this, although it might help understand the line of thinking that led me there

Not much is known about the watchers, just that they were the masters of the Void, and that they gave ice powers to the freljordian, thus creating the Iceborn. Its here where the questions begin

How can the masters of the Void, gift ice magic? Shouldn't it be Void magic?

This indicate that they controlled other kind of magics, or that "void magic" is a somewhat flexible term, and it can be called other ways

Whatever that was, they were incredibly powerful, but in the end, they were defeated by the iceborn, so we could say that they are no more, unless... the Watchers were Aspects...So what died in the Howling Abyss were just vessels, and the Watchers are out there, somewhere, biding their time and regaining the power lost in the freljordian war

Usually there would be nothing to base this on, but this paragraph of "Twilight of the Gods" made me think a bit too much about this:

"He unleashed a surge of newly-learned power, unknown to the rest of his kind. He blinked—a terrible sensation of hurtling through an unending vortex overcame him, a tunnel surrounded by hideous monsters that lurked just beyond the threshold... The sensation lasted a fraction of a second only, but felt like an age. He opened his eyes, and he was once again atop Xuuyan as the deadly axe arced towards the ground. A hard bang of displaced air echoed behind him as the fleeting portal closed."

Ta'anari had learned void magic, he just blinked through the void itself!! But from where could he learn such disgusting power? from the same person that taught him how to use the cleansing moon magic, the aspect of twilight, but wait wait, How could an aspect know how to use void magic? they are supposed to be opposite to it, it doesn't make sense... unless you start believing that Void magic is something achievable by the Aspects, but it probably is a huge taboo, and using it comes with a price

The watchers watch, and the Targonians? watch some more, both seem to be able to grant people special powers beyond mortality.Doesn't both seem a bit too similar? What if the reason for Targonian to be arging and trying to control Aurelion is because they are afraid of one of them, Aspects, to be a Void Master, a Watcher, an Aspect of the Void, ready to find their real bodies and condemn them to oblivion?

What if an aspect that gets corrupted and loses its purpose becomes a Watcher? If that was the case, the Ascended=>Darkin change probably pissed the Aspects quite a lot, so they decided to release the psycho of twilight, in hopes of solving the problem before it grew as big as the one they had in that moment.

It would also explain why space faring creatures able to exist in many bodies at the same time are so worried about the Void devouring something like Runeterra, as if the Void Master have the same ability of space travelling and almost immortality, and they manage to ensure a position for the Void in only one planet in that universe, they can use that to jumpstart the infestation everywhere, until the Void becomes all, and all becomes the Void

Summary:

The Watchers were Aspects of Ice that resided in Freljord, until something happened and they became Aspects of the Void, wich happens when an Aspect loses its purpose and gets corrupted. The aspect of Twilight/Change is a true Trickster that is slowly turning corrupted, so it can use a bit of every kind of magic, even Void, while keeping it hidden so the other Aspects can't foresee the betrayal that is coming their way

Would like to know what my fellow lore readers think about this theory, that might sound quite crazy, as it was born from so little, but i think its worth pondering a bit about it, if only for some minutes

I would like to leave two more questions here for those that still aren't convinced about the whole Betrayer and Aspect of Void things. Who taught the Icathian mages how to open up the Door to the Void? and For what purpose would you teach something so dangerous if you knew that it was going to be used and bring certain Doom?

The theory is cool and all but the thing is do we know AT ALL if the Aspects themselves can appear in the normal universe with their own form / body . Because if they can't leave the real Targon they are trapped in there with their real forms. Because as far as we know when an Aspect chooses someone they give them powers and a new purpose but they still remain in the real Targon. We don't know how they look at all of they look humanoid and the Watchers are described as "things" "beasts" and yeah their look is actually extraterrestrial. That kills the theory.
