The Demons need work done on their lore.

has great lore, but she's pretty much the only one out of the demons.

has decent lore... but not nearly enough. In his own words, "Boy, the world's one river, and I'm its king. Ain't no place I ain't been; ain't no place I can't go again." While I don't think he's suited to be the main role in many stories, he would be absolutely incredible if written into the stories of other champions as a voice of greed and temptation.

has a cool concept, but he basically doesn't have any lore past his description of "Dream Demon".

used to have lore that was absolutely horrible, boiled down to "We know nothing about him other than he's a stabby clown". Now, while his biography still sucks and he has no color story, his Blurb paints him as an enchanted marionette gone mad. That has incredible potential (a comic depicting his descent into madness would be incredible) but it's just not properly delivered on.
