• Why does a legendary skin have chromas? aren't those for 1350 rp skins only and also why does he look like a 1350 rp skin

Dark Cosmic Jhin's skin looks so well developed and designed with 20 minutes of voicelines while Pyke doesnt even have new animations (abilities)
