Relative Champion Height: Were we wrong, and what this could mean for the Lore?

A few months ago, I came across a video on YouTube that had this guy explaining about Champion real heights. One of the things he said was that the Yordles were extremely small—at most, a foot tall. So I Googled other sources about champion heights. There, I found that someone had shared a post from Reddit on these forums, which says the Yordles (other than a whopping 4'5" Poppy) are around mid-to-late 3'. Today, I saw the Poppy Update...and while I was hyped about her new rework, I'd also noticed something about the background she was in. To embellish, I noticed that her height seems to be approximately up to the soldiers' knees—I'm not an expert on knee-to-body height, but I'd take this to be slightly less than 2', around 1'10-11". While the true height of a Champion doesn't totally matter in terms of gameplay (since Champion sizes are altered for better and more-balanced gameplay), it does matter in terms of Lore. When I think about the height of someone like Tristana or Poppy, I also think about the size of their weapon. I'd say that, basing off what I've seen from their Spotlight videos, Poppy is 2-3" higher than Tristana. For Tristana, who seems to be slightly shorter than her gun: if I follow this logic for her height it means she is around 1'7-9". For her gun, this would mean it is around 2' long. When you take into account the ammo she fires out can come out like a machinegun, it makes you wonder exactly what impact this weapon has in real life...and how exactly Tristana proves enough of a threat to be a part of the League. Now to go for Poppy. Like I said above, she should be around 1'10-11". To liken this to her new hammer, which seems to be slightly more than twice her height, this would mean it's definitely around 4', perhaps somewhat shorter like 3'9-10". So...other than magic—which I'm doubtful her innate power can do so much compared to more human champions (unless Yordles are more like LotR Hobbits in terms of magic, which would make sense)—exactly how does this 4' hammer end up being able to sweep champions halfway across the map with her Ultimate? To make my point: it means that for these Champions to be able to do these things effectively, so much that they are able to compete with the other Champions of the Institute, these two—and the other Yordles, or short Champions in general—should be able to absolutely demolish the taller Champions if their sizes were lengthened to gameplay-worthy sizes. So...what does this mean for their Lores? If they are individually powerful enough to do such things, what do you think they had accomplished to be worthy for the Institute of War? What would this power of theirs mean for future skins? Just look at Dragon Trainer Tristana...the fact she can handle a dragon (enough so that her death animation has Riggle actually coming up to sleep next to her fresh corpse, seeing that she's treated and taken care of it so well) means that she does indeed have a lot of power at her command. What does this power mean for future skins of these Champions? Let's discuss.
