UFO Corki Skin

I've been playing the game since before season one and a friend told me about a skin called UFO Corki and I beforehand thought the skin was only given to beta testers/players, so I thought nothing of it, until I did research on it. It was given to accounts that were made before Jan 14th of 2010.

"The UFO corki was given as a reward to players who made accounts before January 14th 2010"

I remember making my account around the Halloween of the year before that which i think was around the release date. Maybe me being inactive at the time of the skin being passed out was why I didn't get it but I was wondering if there was a way for me to get the skin?

I found another thread that said someone was inactive at the time and a Riot employee sent them the skin because of it.
