Will there be a Star Guardian 2018 event?

September's coming up, one year since SG 2017. Will we be getting a Star Guardian 2018 event, or is Riot planning something else?

I doubt they'd abandon Star Guardian. It's by far their most popular skin line. Plus, certain fitting champions have gotten a break in-between skins that would line up perfectly with an upcoming Star Guardian event, such as Tristana, Taric, and Sona.

unlikely, but considering this will be a lighter patch, i expect no skins or like 1-2 skins

They are either taking a break from Project or Star Guardian skin lines this year. They will most likely do one or the other. I am surprised we still don't have PBE content out this week, since the new patch came out.

I believe its going to me mid oct. Since the merch store announced that a wave of SG products are coming.

They may skip this year. But i hope they do. So sad because i wanted Irelia to be apart of the new SG team.. that's unlikely though.

High Noon is this year's Star Guardian event. They said in March dev blog that they are taking a break from few of the more popular skinlines.

September was the 2017 event, but October was the 2016 so there's still lots of time.
