Why does he have to be so big?

I like the new Galio but his size is just ridiculous. It just makes the whole rivalry with Sion look silly and his role of demacian guardian not very believable. How many demacian soldiers are stomped and crushed as collateral damage with that thing on the battlefield?. Even his splash shows him unintentionally destroying buildings he is supposed to protect. It all comes across as a joke.
Does he have any clear weaknesses? Is he hollow on the inside and deceptively lightweight for his size? I think making him huge is a gimmick that doesn't add much to his character and would probably be better off keeping him somewhat normal sized.

He's basically only awake when there's magic around- The whole situation is bittersweet for him, because his purpose is to eliminate magic and protect his fellow countrymen from it, but when he does win the fight, he naturally shuts down again (While, as he mentions in his own VO, he'd rather be alive than lifeless).

I really doubt that there are that many frontline soldiers that fight alongside Galio, considering that galio will most of the time manage to decimate the whole eneemy army on his own.

In general Galio is likely something that Demacia tries to use very carefully, because he can easily cause a lot of losses on their own side.

the odd part is that he could be a zord lol

That said, I don't mind his size on the splash arts but on the game he's incredibly small... for a humongous sentinel, being smaller than gragas in game should be a problem
