Easy "fix" to Morgana's lore

[...] In her quest for compassion against the strictness of her sister, Morgana sometimes hid wanted people and let them escape even at the cost of some guards' lives.

Or anything like this. As you see, even a single line is enough to make things fair for both sisters. This is something I came up in 20 minutes of thinking, I guess that Riot writers can do a far better job than mine.
