The Watchers are a bigger threat since they are the ones using the Void.

Well, it's an entire realm that expands and feeds on other living things, causing them to slowly forget who they are, turn them mad, then corrupt them and make them into Voidlings that repeat the procces. Is it the Ultimate Threat? You tell me.

Yup. The Void has been one of the top tier threats to Runeterra for a long time now, the other being the Shadow Isles.
