Championship riven 2016 will it be limited again?

Title say's my concern. I have been searching for a answer but there's none. I think it will be limited again though because of the fact that it's called championship rivem 2016. If they are gonna release it again in 2017 they have too change the name again, I think riot is too lazy for that. I think the cycel will continue when new player's join league xD
