So as we know Varus is currently the Darkin and Val and Kai. And Val and Kai are constantly battling Varus for control. That would be pretty interesting to hear in a VO. 3 Different voice actors for one character. That would be something. Too bad we might never hear it...
I think if they choose to update Varus his "long move" quotes should have the three hosts debating one each other's philosophies. In combat, I'd imagine Varus would do most of the talking, then Kai & Valmar maybe converse which one another out of combat. I think it might be an audio-overload if all three spoke on every line. It would even be funny Varus became audibly disgusted when the two voices in his head mention love and hope, lol.

I think there is so much to do about Varus.
Like fleshing the darkin and his pain over the loss of his family, alongside with the current kind of rage/madness coming from being a darkin. The two lover talking to each other (Just imagine a "Val! Don't say it in front of him!"). The dynamic trio.
I REALLY want them to actually be kind of a difficult trio who can't be on the same page but COULD get this chance, you know? Varus, the man who lost his family and became emprisoned could maybe resonate with two lover who can like... relate to his pain. He lost his wife and kid.
I don't know, many people had issue with the retcon but since now we REALLY have the 'original' varus as a darkin and the two guys, I really crave for interaction and work about them. I want to see the idea of old varus connecting with other people, especially a young couple that technically 'died'.
I’m still sore about how he’s uh, something something virtue signalling something somehing 3 men in one body. So no, thank you.
If they were to do something like this, I would just hope that Val and Kai wouldn't overshadow Varus as a character. Varus is probably the most interesting Darkin we have right now seeing how his plan is seemingly to get the old crew back together and reestablish his people as the top dogs or, failing that, taking revenge on humanity for knocking he and his brethren from their pedestal. I would like a potential update to expand on that and not be solely occupied by "He's two and a half men, isn't that zany?"
Out of all the champs that are up to date with lore, Varus is probably the one whose VO I most look forward to being updated.

It would be interesting indeed, Riot teased us about a potential Varus VO Update on Reddit 5-6 months ago (I think) but still no news of that to this day.

There was so much backlash over the initial Varus lore replacement. More backlash than perhaps the backlash over all VGU and champion deletions in LoL history combined.
So I guess they're just scared to put his VO to live/PBE. It might have already been recorded.
