Halloween lore releases idea

Since Halloween is all about spooks and scary stuff. It would be fun and interesting if we got Spooky stories from the people that live in Runeterra. Something like campfire stories / folk tales. For example Demacian night guards tell each other about a dragon roaming in Demacia or about a rumored demon in Demacia . Or tales about a gifted child wondering in the Noxian forests or a spider lady in the catacombs or the howler in zaun. They could be extremely short but it would be fun since we are getting in that atmosphere.
