New Kennen Skin

Sooooo....I was told to post my skin request here. Kennen has not gotten a skin in forever even though he is a super flashy looking champ that has the potential to make nice looking plays every game...and YET riot refuses to make a new skin for him. It does not make sense...he is even played in pro games...so what is the matter riot?????????????? You want your game to be fast and cool looking yet you refuse to make a skin for the coolest looking and fastest champ in the game. >

He is not the coolest looking champion in the game (as cool as a pikachu can be)
There are champions that have not received skins way longer than kennen
Riot would not make enough money off-it so no matter what we say, it would be pointless
