Who do you think wins in a final confrontation between Rengar and Kha'zix
Rengar lost an eye during their first dance, does Kha'zix have the advantage?

I think it honestly depends on the circumstances. Kha'Zix has the advantage of growing and evolving the more he eats, adapting the most useful traits of his prey into himself. Canonically, he doesn't even have his red shell, and it's likely he could get a bunch of other crazy powers based on what he consumes later down the line. I think there are only two ways that Rengar could beat Kha'Zix:
- Kill the Reaver before he gets too strong
- Counter the Reaver's ability to adapt by upgrading his equipment. Kha'Zix is constantly developing his own body, but there's an obvious limit to how much Rengar and improve his own natural skills. He compensates for this, as we see in-game, by using weapons and tools like his hunting knife, bolas, mechanical eye, and so-on. I think he could conceivably take Kha'Zix down if he has the right tools at his disposal, but he'd almost certainly have to leave Kumungu to find them.

Rengar tried to hunt him down, but he couldnt. And he was 4 years old... Imagine what he could do if he were older. Khazix would understimate the yordle.
feels more like the protagonist of the story and I think he can interact in more ways with other champions,so I'd say that Rengar has the bigger chance to win.
However even though Kha'zix feels like the villain and will likely not interact with others that much,I'd say that the fact that he will only have all 4 of his evolutions after he beats rengar makes me kinda hope that he'll actually win,so that we can see a fully evolved kha'zix in the lore(granted he might gain the other evolutions before his final fight with rengar). And I'd find it more interesting to see kha'zix interact with some champs that are definitely too powerful to him.
So I feel like Rengar will most likely win,but I'd actually like to see Kha'zix to succeed.
