So Seju will get her first more asian themed skin. but my question is: Why firecracker and not Warring Kingdoms? Imo Warring Kingdoms Sejuani would have been an even greater addition cause the skinline is mostly more for the fighter guys. And Seju is a real warrior/fighter.
Is there a possiblity she will get a skin from this skinline?

Likely not, since they're all in the same universe, and Riot's already going to have to do some explaining about the doubles they've already created in the Lunar Revel universe, since Immortal Journey is now a part of it too. Two Wukongs? Two Lee Sins? Two Talons? Or are they the same character at different points?
I thought it would be Warring Kingdoms too, but it seems Riot are starting to rotate between the three subsets each year (2017 was Warring Kingdoms, 2018 was General, 2019 is going to be Firecracker), except for Sylas, because Sylas would really only fit a Lunar Wraith skin (possibly Warring Kingdoms too, but Lunar Wraith is better) and Firecracker Sylas wouldn't work so well.
To be honest, I'm mostly grateful that they remembered to give Sejuani the skin, and didn't just make another Miss Fortune skin or something.
