Ixtal created Shurima, Buhru, Helia, and the ascetics of Targon?

Hey guys!

A very urgent question, in the lore it describes:

In truth, Ixtali culture is much older—part of the great westward diaspora that gave rise to civilizations including the Buhru, magnificent Helia, and the ascetics of Targon—and it is likely they played a significant role in the creation of the first Ascended

In my opinion, it means: "Ixtali culture is just one of the civilizations originated from the great westward diaspora". So, other civilizations and Ixtali civilization are parallel， right？

But the problem is, in Chinese version of LOL lore, this part is translated as

Ixtali culture is part of the great westward diaspora, and Ixtali also created the Buhru, magnificent Helia, and the ascetics of Targon

Since I know Spanish and a little Japanese, I switched to their language versions. Both of them express the same meaning as what I think - Ixtal is just one of the civilization created by the Great Westward Diaspora.

Only the Chinese version is different.

It didnt create Shurima. It joined Shurima and collaborated with them to create the Sun Disc and presumably other magical shit too. They had an aestetic impact on Targon Buhru and Helia but that's about it. It didn't create Shurima although they were part of it once

I never thought of it that way. Would that mean that Ixtali, Buhru, Helia, and Targon culture all originate from unknown lands to the east? That's interesting.

What or who is Helia?

According to lore everyone but Shurima created the sun disc. Talk about taking what once made you great and making you pointless.

The intention I believe is to show a distinct difference between Valoran and The Southern Contininent

I think it's safe to say humanity was born on Ionia and then they slowly populated the rest of Valoran starting with the Freljord. This would be tens of thousands of years ago if League has a realistic model of evolution and humans aren't magically created or something.

A different group of people from a continent off-map however populated Ixtal, Buhru, The Blessed Isles and Targon. Funnily enough Shurima is not mentioned as part of this expansion. Leading me to believe that it was the humans from Valoran who populated Shurima once they went south enough.
