So like.. She has fox ears, that work I'm assuming, but like... If you pulled back her hair where the human ears would be what would you see? Human ears? Nothing? That's weird right? Is it just a weird lump? Is it a hole? WTF does it look like under her hair!?

My guess is that she doesn't have normal ears She's a vastayan and i think those fox ears are her ears
She has normal ears on Dynasty Ahri, but doesn't seem to have any trace of normal ears on any other skin

I'm not sure what Riot actually will say about it, but I'm sincerely hoping that her fox ears are her only ears. I think having both ears is super weird and doesn't make sense.
If this is the case, she just... Won't have human ears. If you pull back her hair, I'm thinking it'll probably be bare skin. Kind of uncanny, but it's Ahri
Yeah Ahri if you read her lore you will realize she isn't fully human yet she just gained most of the human form and when she gained guilt she stopped because she felt bad for draining the human souls in order to transform so she still got quite a bit of fox spirit in her*[sg-ahri-2]*

Technically, you would see literally nothing, since there's probably nothing modeled under her hair, so you would see the "inside" of her 3d model, which is transparent.
Long story short, you would see a hole going through her with the background behind

It differs when it comes to fox/cat/etc. girls (kemonomimi, as we call them over here in Japan). My best guess is that Vastayans, those are the only ears they have, and there's nothing where "human" ears would be. Think of it like an alien. Like a Star Wars twi'lek. They look human, but certain things are "off". I figure Vastayans are the same way.
