Theory on the chained new champion

Because look at the structure of his foot, its like he is dragging the front of his foot in the air, i can't also see heels in his feet, unless the heel in left foot is a heal with i doubt cause the heel is in the center of his feet so lets assume its just a shadow/color error.

I also think its in demacia cause of marble floor but the golden chains are tricky cause they usually don't use gold now. Unless, its from hirana, ionia cause the structures of the floor and building has similar iteration. Look for yourself
