Are there any plans for Modekaiser when it comes to his model/visual/effects/personality?

In general, his animations and spell effects just dont feel quite as powerful as they could be, as well as his infamous Pizza-Feet problem.

Whenever people discuss updates, i rarely see him being mentioned at all, hence my question. From the current list, i would expect his VU to come in 2016, but is there any sort of visual tweak for him planned? It has been over 3 years since his last skin as well...is he forgotten?

Edit: Ugh, a way to fix the title would be nice..
