In game champion interactions

So recently I was thinking why all the interactions that are currently between champions are just one champion saying a line and the other champion is just says nothing.There are few exceptions when the two champions talk in a way and that is really cool.I don;t know why this isn't often used the idea.As I remember Dawnblade Riven and NightBringer Yasuo had one of these Urgot had few with Ekko,Diana and Karthus I think.These are cool to hear like a small talk between champions hearing their expression when they interaction like Camille says that she hates snow , or how Urgot is almost disgusted that people are that weak to fall to Ahri's charms.You can feel in the lines that they mean what they say.

I find it interesting its like how would two champions chat with each other if they met in the lore.
