Rework Pulsefire Ezreal

As a former Ezreal main, and with the release of Elementalist Lux, I believe it is due time for Ezreal's skin to be updated to League's graphics of today. Even just looking at the skin, you can even see how the old border around the character exists, and the resolution is very low.

I do want to take a second to say that the process of creating a skin takes a very long time, even for just a graphical update, so I wouldn't expect it to be out any time soon, and I respect how much effort Riot puts into their design. However...

For such an expensive skin, I believe the standard should be brought up to speed with the rest of the skins. What do you all think? Hopefully we can get this large enough for Riot to comment on the issue.
