Just his in-game model. His finger things looks pretty hideous IMO. All his animations are still pretty good. And it would be appreciated if Bloodlord Vlad was made so that it actually deserved to be called a legendary skin.

Riot made it clear that they won't be doing visual updates just for the sake of visuals, sadly. But he might get some attention since now China has a problem with him being a blood mage with blood everywhere. But it might be just for China.
