I asked Riot Scruffy this on Twitter and he confirmed LoneWingy who did the concept art of Eve, Irelia, Galio, Nami, GP and a bunch of other concept art and ThermalKittens the lead writer at Riot who wrote the recent Yasuo and Riven 3 part story, Taliyah and Camille's lore

August's rework is pretty much confirmed to be Kayle at this point. I can't wait to see what Lonewingy whips up for her concept art; hoping she ends up as some sort of seraph or archangel character personally, though this time I haven't a clue what direction they plan on going in gameplay-wise. There are so many things you can do with Kayle (enchanter? skirmisher? marksman?).
